Refund & Cancellation Policy

A full refund within 14 days, no questions needed.

The short version If Unpixel isn’t right for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and you’ll get a full refund. No forms, no hoops.

14-day money-back guarantee

Every Unpixel license comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee, counted from the date of purchase. If you’re not happy for any reason, ask for a refund within that window and we’ll refund the full amount you paid, including any tax collected.

How to request a refund

  1. Email support@getunpixel.app from the address you used at checkout (or include it in your message).
  2. Include your order reference (the payment ID from your receipt email or the confirmation page) if you have it. A sentence about why is welcome — it helps us improve — but it isn’t required.

You can also reach the order through the customer portal run by Dodo Payments.

What happens next

  • We confirm within 2 business days and issue the refund through Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record, to your original payment method.
  • Banks usually show the money within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
  • When the refund is processed, the license key is deactivated and Unpixel will stop working on your Macs at its next license check.

After 14 days

Refunds aren’t normally available after the guarantee period. Our payment provider can only process refunds within 30 days of purchase. If something is genuinely wrong — for example, Unpixel doesn’t work on your supported Mac and we can’t fix it — email us anyway and we’ll look for a fair solution.

Duplicate or mistaken purchases

Bought twice by accident, or picked the wrong number of Macs? Email us within the guarantee period and we’ll refund the extra purchase, or refund one and help you buy the right one.

Cancellations

Unpixel is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, so there’s nothing to cancel and you’ll never be charged again.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — a refund is faster for you. Charges that are disputed result in the license key being deactivated.

Your statutory rights

This policy doesn’t affect any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
